To return a product, you can follow the steps below. 

IMPORTANT NOTICE : Returns with Sunslice's prepaid label are only allowed in case Sunslice has confirmed upfront that there is a default to the product.
For any other return reason, the customer will need to send the product back, in its original state and packaging and at its own expenses.

Depending on the country from where you are sending returning your package, please download the right prepaid label below.

Please follow each step described hereunder precisely to ensure a good follow-up of the return and secure a refund or replacement of your order.

Please DO NOT pay any transport cost yourself, even if the carrier asks you too. The address on the prepaid label below WILL NOT WORK if used with any other label. Any personal expense incurred and not authorized by Sunslice beforehand will not be refunded by Sunslice.

    • Name
    • Order number
    • Date
    • Reason for return 
3. Pack your package in its original packaging with all its accessories.
4. Go to a local postal office to hand over the parcel
5. Please confirm by email once the parcel is handed over to the postal office
The products in question must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, without signs of use and accompanied by all the documents that came with the delivery. In addition, no goods may be returned without SUNSLICE's prior consent and forwarding instructions.
