LinkPower Mini Integrated 512 is a rugged, self-contained power and transport solution for Starlink Mini, combining an IP67 protective flight case with an integrated 512Wh LiFePO₄ battery, high-power DC and USB outputs, MPPT solar charging and external system monitoring.

Unlike modular LinkPower Mini configurations that rely on separate removable batteries, the Integrated 512 has its energy storage and power electronics built directly into the case. This creates a compact all-in-one field system that can transport, protect and power a Starlink Mini without deploying a separate power station.

The integrated 512Wh / 25.6V / 20Ah LiFePO₄ battery provides approximately 15 hours of Starlink Mini autonomy under typical operating conditions. The exact runtime depends on antenna consumption, ambient temperature, connected equipment and network conditions.

Plug and play

Pre-connect the Starlink Mini antenna inside the flight case. Then, a single power-on button press is necessary to turn everything on and make the antenna start broadcasting.

The Starlink Mini can remain installed inside the case during operation, reducing setup time and keeping the equipment protected. Power connections are available both inside and outside the case, making it easy to connect the satellite terminal and additional field equipment without dismantling the setup.

  • Main DC output: DC5521 available internally and externally, 22.4–29.6V unregulated
  • USB-C: 2 × 100W outputs — one internal and one external
  • USB-A: 2 × 22W outputs — one internal and one external

Integrated 200W MPPT charging

The LinkPower Mini Integrated 512 features an integrated MPPT solar and DC charging input through DC5521. Its wide 10–60V input range supports up to 200W, allowing the system to be recharged from compatible solar panels, vehicle power sources or a standard AC-to-DC charger.

The case can also store 1 × Sunslice Fusion 60 solar panel, creating a compact transportable connectivity and energy solution for off-grid deployments.

External monitoring and control

Key system information remains accessible from the exterior of the case. An external display provides battery state of charge and input/output power monitoring, while an external power button allows the integrated battery system to be controlled without opening the case.

Integrated IoT hardware is included for future remote monitoring functionality. The corresponding backend is currently under development.

Built for demanding field deployments

With an IP67 enclosure and compact 428 × 350 × 153mm format, the LinkPower Mini Integrated 512 is designed for humanitarian operations, emergency response, telecom teams, defense applications, utilities, remote work sites and mobile command posts where dependable satellite connectivity and autonomous power need to travel together.
