Voor verzendingen binnen Europa maken we standaard gebruik van BPost International. De levertijd bedraagt doorgaans 3-5 werkdagen.
U kunt ook kiezen voor verzending via UPS of GLS om uw pakket sneller te ontvangen. De tarieven worden bij het afrekenen berekend.
Let op: als u vanuit landen buiten de EU artikelen zonder btw koopt, moet u er rekening mee houden dat u invoerrechten moet betalen volgens de wetgeving van dat specifieke land. In geval van retourzendingen kunnen wij geen invoerrechten of belastingen terugbetalen, aangezien deze rechtstreeks tussen u (de klant) en uw land worden betaald en afgehandeld.
Retourbeleid
Als u een product wilt ruilen voor een andere maat, kleur enz., contact dan contact , zodat we het nieuwe artikel direct voor u kunnen reserveren. U hebt altijd recht op omruiling of terugbetaling binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van uw pakket, mits het artikel niet is gebruikt. Alle originele verpakkingen, prijskaartjes enz. moeten onbeschadigd samen met het product worden teruggestuurd.
